Kairos brings the Product Circle approach into product teams. Custom workshops, shaped by what's working in our Circles, run for your team.
The event maintains a small and cozy group size of maximum 25 participants and ~6 speakers to ensure meaningful connections among all attendees. To ensure the group size and attendees profiles, there is a rigorous selection process for both participants (based on their LinkedIn profiles) and speakers.
Product leaders and builders working in product organisations of any size. We curate every cohort, so it's people building product as their day job, not adjacent roles.

Two things: small cohorts (~25 people) and sessions led by practitioners. No theory talks, no tool demos. As we say, here you do not learn "from" the speakers; you learn "with" the speakers and the whole group. Every event produces decisions you can apply that week.
No. We run in person only. The format depends on people being in the room together.

Each event has its own pricing. See the specific event page for details. We keep prices accessible because the value is the room, not the production.
